The dangers of smoking are well documented and publicised. We have all seen the ads and statistics. Lucid Mind is here to assist you to achieve your goal and regain control over your life.
You will walk away with a tool bag of useful techniques that can assist you to overcome this habit in all situations whether it be at home, work or socially. It is about choice and being prepared to deal with temptation and potential cravings. However, many clients find they do not experience cravings at all.
You will also walk away with more confidence and control and better able to cope in all situations. You will have a sense of achievement in being a person that has QUIT that old habit that no longer serves you.
Each program is designed specifically for the individual client combining hypnotherapy, counselling and neuro linguistic programming. Given that every client and situation is unique, no two programs are the same. You will be assessed on an individual basis.

• Make a commitment to yourself to follow through with the entire program
• Do the tasks/exercises that are given for you to do at home

Structure of the QUIT Smoking Program
The program is structured over three sessions. It is important to make the commitment to follow through with all three sessions at least 7 days apart. If you do QUIT after the initial session, it is important to follow through with the second and third sessions to ensure the changes are long lasting and not just a bandaid quick fix.
How long is each session?
1st session - 1 hour and 30 mins
2nd session - 1 hour and 30 mins
3rd session - 1 hour
Cost of the QUIT Smoking Program
The cost for the full three session program is $500.
Please note: If you suffer from stress, anxiety or have a cross addiction such as marijuana or any other substance, you may need to come in for at least one to three sessions (approx) prior to commencing the QUIT Smoking Program. These sessions are in addition to the QUIT Smoking Program and not included in the price of the package.
